This website is operated by Time and Motion DMCC (“T&M”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, providing executive chauffeur and ground transportation services.

We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. We process personal data in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “PDPL”) and other applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

  1. What this policy covers

This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through time-motion.net, our online booking and quotation tools, and our communications with clients, bookers and passengers. How we handle personal data in our day-to-day operations is set out in more detail in our Data Protection Policy, which is available to clients on request.

  1. Information we collect

When you visit our website. We collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, described in Section 6.

When you contact us or open an account. We collect the details you provide, such as your name, company, job title, email address and telephone number, together with the content of your enquiry.

When you request a quote or make a booking. We collect the details needed to arrange the journey, including passenger name, mobile number, pickup and drop-off locations, date and time, flight details and service preferences. Where you pay by card, payment is processed through a secure payment gateway.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data. If you choose to tell us something personal so that we can look after a passenger, such as an accessibility requirement, we use it only for that purpose.

  1. How we use your information

We use personal data to:

  • respond to enquiries and provide quotations;
  • confirm, plan and deliver bookings, and keep bookers and passengers informed;
  • manage client accounts, invoicing and payments;
  • maintain the security and performance of our website;
  • understand how our website is used so that we can improve it; and
  • meet our legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

We process personal data to perform our services, to meet legal obligations, and with your consent where the law requires it.

  1. Marketing

We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use passenger details for marketing.

We may occasionally send service updates or business information to client contacts and bookers. Every such email includes an option to unsubscribe, or you can ask us to stop at any time using the contact details in Section 11.

  1. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies to function properly and to help us understand how visitors use it. We use Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, to measure website traffic and performance. Where we use advertising cookies, such as Google remarketing, these may show you our adverts on other websites after you have visited ours.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage Google advertising preferences at adssettings.google.com. Disabling some cookies may affect how parts of the website work.

  1. Who we share information with

We share personal data only where needed to provide our services:

  • Our chauffeurs, who receive only the journey details needed to complete a booking.
  • Technology providers that operate on our behalf, including our booking and dispatch platform, email provider, payment gateway and website analytics provider.
  • Affiliate partners, where a journey takes place outside the United Arab Emirates. They receive only the details needed to carry out that journey.
  • Authorities, where we are required to do so by law.
  1. International transfers

Some of our technology providers and affiliate partners store or process data outside the United Arab Emirates. Where this happens, we transfer only what is necessary and do so in accordance with the PDPL.

  1. Security and retention

We protect personal data with appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections on our website, multi-factor authentication on our business email accounts, and access restricted to staff who need it.

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by UAE commercial and tax law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Under the PDPL, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy of it. You may also withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within 30 days.
